My brothers, Don and Mike, and Cousin JC welcome you to experience our family traditional recipes.
We can help by providing you with prepared food entrees, or just some tasty hors d oeuvres.
We carry fresh grated cheeses, and all types of herbs - whole or chopped? Our sauces are made daily and sold by the weight, piece or container.
Most orders are done the same day while other more time consuming take until the next day.

| Some additional information is available on line about Slow foods and the importance of sustainable foods. My personal involvement and that of Parma Pasta Vino & Deli starts every day in the kitchen by the way I decided to prepare and make all my own food, and not use processed foods. This is in keeping the old traditions alive and respecting those traditional values that are lost in most eating establishments. Please help me help keep these traditions going by supporting Chefs and restaurants that actually make food not buy it already done and then serve it, and also we who support fishermen, and farmers that practice sustainable ways of life. I am also teaching several culinary students about these habits.
